Returns Policy

• Simple Process: To return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order under the "Complete Orders" section in the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

• Shipping Estimates: We provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on your items' availability and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
• Weight-Based Rates: Shipping costs are based on weight, available on each item’s detail page. Weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.
