Possible delivery options:

Picked up at the store. Applies only to Medellín and the metropolitan area.

In store in 1-3 business days. Located at Cra 52 d # 81ª20 local 201-202, Itagüí.

Remember that the person who comes to pick up the order only needs to present the electronic ticket as long as it is the buyer. If another person attends your place, they must also present an identification document.

  • Home delivery: National standard delivery – 13,000 COP / FREE (ORDERS STARTING FROM 399,900 COP). Coordinating company or Interrapidisimo.

  • Medellín local delivery – 9,000 COP / FREE (ORDERS STARTING FROM 399,900 COP). Own messenger.

  • International level delivery – Cost will depend on the destination.

  • The estimated delivery time will range from 2-6 business days, depending on the delivery address.

  • Please note that deliveries are made only on business days.

Changing an item purchased on is very easy.

You can change the size, color of your items, or if you prefer a change for a different garment you can also do it.


Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, have to meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

  • Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
  • Underwear: Underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Accessories: they will have to be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.


The refund will be made to the original payment method for the first return associated with your order. For future returns associated with the same order, we will offer you the option of returning a gift card with the initial purchase amount.

Remember that the gift card can be used for future online purchases and that it has a duration of 1 year from the date of issue.

You will receive the confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.

If more than 14 days pass and you do not have the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.
